TPSV Panels are the most advanced ballistic protection solutions currently available on the market, having the best weight to ballistic performance ratio. They are made with the lightest material available.
TPSV use the latest manufacturing techniques to produces laminated panels for structural, interior, protection and ballistic application for motor homes, camper vans, caravans, train, truck bodies & vehicles, wind energy power generators.
WATER REISIST
TPSV HPPE panels are resistant to humidity and highly resistant to water absorption. The materials floats on water.
CHEMICAL RESIST
TPSV HPPE is resistant to UV exposure
and to many chemicals including oil
and gasoline, enabling panels to
maintain performance integrity
in the most hostile environments.
PROTECTION
Edge Protection & Blunt Trauma,
meets and even exceeds the
requirements in commonly used
standard.
TPSV HPPE is incorporated into various
ballistic systems that have passed
laboratory tests, indicating compliance
with a wide range of commonly used
international standards.
ENVIRONMENT
Optimal & Storage temperature:
-26C / +55C
BALLISTIC SPECIFICATIONS
Table showing International Ballistic Standards.
BALLISTIC STANDARDS
International Ballistic Standards are created to reflect the most common types of ballistic threat present in the specific geographic region and indicate the standard protection level against handguns and submachine guns (smaller caliber firearms) and heavier armoring (high powered rifle and machine gun ammunition).

Ballistically tested and approved for more than 5 years by independent third party leading laboratories. Panels can stop steel-jacket rounds such as AK-47 MSC (7.62x39mm) and NATO Ball (7.62x51mm). Armor piercing (AP) rounds may be stopped when used in combination with ceramic strike face.

OUR HPPE PANELS ARE
The most advanced ballistic protection solutions currently available on the market, having the best weight to ballistic performance ratio.
Delivering high protection levels at a lower weight compared to traditional steel or other high performance ballistic materials.
High multi-hit capability, providing the user an outstanding degree of safety if hit by multiple projectiles or fragments.
TPSV - UNIDIRECTIONAL ARAMID FABRICS
Capable of absorbing and dispersing high impact energy, such as energy from rifle shots:
Lightweight, extraordinarily strong, with a strength of 5 times more than steel on an equal-weight basis.

Anti-Cut Composite Panels
Anti-Cut Composite Panels are installed in the vault of Technical Panels Cash-in Transit vehicles.
This is a mix of aramid, better known as Kevlar, and high-performance polyethylene (HPPE). Together these materials form an impenetrable barrier that will eat-up the blades during the cutting process. This lightweight material weighs 1kg per square meter and is used solely in the CIT industry to protect both vehicles and compounds from physical attack.
